Registration and Records provides many services to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the public. These services include the course enrollment process, graduation, curriculum records, classroom scheduling, transcripts, Veteran benefit certification, athletic certification, student record maintenance, and reporting. We administer university policy and maintain student academic records in compliance with federal (FERPA), state, and local regulations.
We also provide services remotely through email at registrar@uwstout.edu and for Stout Online registration at outreachreg@uwstout.edu. Please make sure to provide your full name and campus ID# so we can best help you. You may also call at 715-232-2121.
